Circus Baby's Pizza is a fictional location that appears in Five Nights at Freddy's: The Fourth Closet. This was secretly a place for William Afton to kidnap and experiment on children. It briefly appears in Dance with Me.

It's supposedly a "sister location" after the original Freddy locations closed down.
There were two gigantic clown faces that grinned from the windows of the restaurant. The faces were almost as large as the wide front door, painted on either side and the second door had the same with smaller versions of them alongside a sign that read WELCOME! in painted cursive letters. Above them was a sign, in red and yellow neon letters that read: CIRCUS BABY’S PIZZA. This location is large and has attractions such as ball pits, climbing towers, merry-go-rounds, and arcade machines.
Fazbear Frights[]
It's a restaurant and family entertainment center with Circus Baby as the main attraction. The building is described as having a large, red entrance door. There are bright lights and loud noises inside, likely produced by the animatronics' performance. The restaurant hands out goody bags with candy and cheap toys.

The Fourth Closet[]
The restaurant was opened shortly after the events of Five Nights at Freddy's: The Twisted Ones by William Afton, who uses the place just as a front space for his wicked experiments. It was built on top of the Underground Pizzeria that John and Charlie went to in the second book. Jessica first finds it when following Circus Baby, only to be found and trapped inside. Later, Carlton and Marla go there to retrieve their friend. After going trough the mirror hall, where they avoid Funtime Freddy, the two end up finding the room where Jessica and the children kidnapped by Circus Baby are kept. They try to escape, but they are attacked by Funtime Foxy and the baby crawlers. They manage to defeat the robots, but Carlton then ends up being found by Afton, who injects remnant inside him. After Afton is thrown into the furnace and dies, everyone leaves the building, and the location presumably closes.
Fazbear Frights[]
At the beginning of the story, Kasey waits outside of Circus Baby's Pizza World. She sees a woman leaving the building with her daughter, a young girl who is a big fan of Circus Baby, to the point of having a T-shirt with Baby's face on it and the same hairstyle as the animatronic. Kasey decides to steal the woman's purse before running away. Inside the purse, Kasey finds a pair of novelty glasses that the woman bought at the restaurant, which allows her to see Ballora.
