The Missing Children are a group of children, who were kidnapped from Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and murdered by William Afton. During the course of The Fourth Closet, other children were kidnapped by Afton. These children were eventually rescued by Charlie's friends before any true harm could come to them.

Susie
As seen in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator, Susie is a little girl with blonde locks of hair and a red ribbon bouncing on her shoulders, she has blue eyes, wear a pinkish purple dress with a white bow tied around her neck.
in Fazbear Frights: Step Closer, She has light-brown hair that flows on her face and brown eyes that were usually wide open. She looked wild and mischievous and looked eager. Susie has a smaller nose and mouth. She was usually called cute.
Prior to her abduction, her puppy had been killed, reportedly by getting hit by a car. William used this as a chance to lure her away, telling her that her puppy was still alive and that he could take her to it. It is revealed that she controls Funtime Foxy, after having part of Amalgamation embedded into it, when William commands the animatronic and Susie, in a sort of spirit world, leaves Carlton to do his command. In Step Closer, she has younger sister named Samantha.
Cassidy
Cassidy is a little girl with long brown hair with side bangs tied into a ponytail with a purple hair tie, she wears a light blue shirt which is ruffled at the bottom + ruffled sleeves and blue jeans. In the novel series, she possesses Bonnie. Though, from finding her name in the Survival Logbook. Cassidy, in the game series is called "TOYSHNK" and "He" by the Animatronics, she is a little girl with black hair in pigtails with two yellow beads for each pigtail, possesses Golden Freddy, and possess a little girl-like voice.
Alanna
Alanna is a young redheaded girl of about seven with freckles on her nose. Prior to her abduction by Circus Baby, she was playing in the woods when a clamp shoot of Baby's stomach grab Alanna and pulling her inside the animatronic.
Lisa
Lisa is a young Latina girl of three or four, she has brown hair that has come loose from two long braids down her back, each capped with a pink ribbon, the matching pink shorts and T-shirt she wore were stained and filthy.
Boy
Michael Brooks
Michael is a little child with a round face and rosy cheeks, with brown wide eyes that "glisten", and short brown hair. He wears a blue T-shirt. His name is based on Michael Afton, William's older Son in the games.
Fritz
Fritz is a freckled boy with short, messy, dirty blonde hair with bangs, red and white striped shirt t-shirt, gray shorts, beige shoes with white socks. with freckles. His name is based on Fritz Smith from FNaF 2 and possesses Foxy in the games and books.
Gabriel
The final child Carlton meets is left unnamed and is described as wearing a black and white striped shirt. In the graphic novel version, the child is named Gabriel. His appearance is based on Michael Afton’s little brother from FNaF 4 and possess Freddy in the games and novel series.
Jacob
Jacob is a seven-year-old stocky, African American boy of about the same age as Alanna, who looked like he had been crying before Jessica arrived to save them
Ron
Ron is a little skinny blond kindergartener with a massive bruise on his forearm, and hair hanging over his face. Prior to his abduction by Circus Baby, Ron was riding his bike by his house when Baby appear in the road, causing him to crash his bike as was not trying to hit her, with Baby standing over him thinking that she was trying the help him only for Baby's stomach to split open with a big metal claw shoot of her stomach grab Ron and pulling him inside the animatronic.
History
Novel Series
The Silver Eyes
Michael and the original four children were kidnapped from Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and, upon dying, their souls became attached to the core animatronic crew of Freddy, Bonnie, Foxy, Chica, and Golden Freddy.
In 1995, The family restaurant Charlie's father once owned now an incomplete shopping mall has been built in the restaurant's place, but upon further investigation the friends discover the restaurant is still standing, and the mall has been built around it.
After breaking in, Charlotte and her friends explore the abandoned restaurant and find that the animatronic mascot characters - Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie the Bunny and Chica the Chicken, which were built by Charlie's father - have been left behind.
The next day, Charlie and her friends attend the scholarship's launch ceremony at their old school, where Michael's parents give a speech about him. Afterwards, John confesses to Charlie that he remembers seeing a strange person in a yellow Freddy costume at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza on the day of Michael's death, and he now suspects this person was Michael's killer.
That night, Charlie, Jessica, John, and Carlton return to the restaurant, accompanied by their friends Lamar, Marla, and her 11-year-old brother Jason.
They discover the still-functioning control panel which makes the robots move, and Charlie finds a fourth robot - Foxy the Pirate Fox - which cuts her arm with its hook. The next morning, haunted by recent events, Charlie tells John that before moving to Hurricane her father owned another restaurant called Fredbear's Family Diner, which featured two performing robots, yellow versions of Freddy Fazbear and Bonnie the Bunny.
After returning to the pizzeria, William reveals that the robots are possessed by the vengeful ghosts of his victims, and boasts that they will hunt down and kill any intruders. The group tries to hide in a party room, but all four robots corner them.
After Golden Freddy from Fredbear's Family Diner, which Charlie realizes is possessed by Michael's ghost. The Golden Freddy allows them to leave, and Chief Burke arrives to search for the missing Officer Dunn. William attacks in the yellow Bonnie costume, but Charlie activates its spring locks, killing him.
The Fourth Closet
During the course of The Fourth Closet, other children were kidnapped by Afton. These children were eventually rescued by Charlie and her friends before any true harm could come to them. It's revealed by William that the original Children's bodies and souls are bound to the suit, since they died into the suit.
The original missing children possess the Amalgamation of the five animatronics. When Carlton Burke is injected with the molten remnant of the Amalgamation, he enters a sort of ethereal overlay of the area where he meets and interacts with the five children. Through William's experiments and distributions of the Amalgamation, the souls of the children had fractured. But through his help, they were reassembled and helped to end William through control of Amalgamation.
Fazbear Frights' Series
Fazbear Frights: Into the Pit
When Oswald goes to 1985 Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, he hears screaming and crying, and many people running away. He tries to find Chip and Mike but comes across Spring Bonnie, who leads him through a private door and down a long, dark corridor. Spring Bonnie beckons Oswald into a Party Room, and he enters out of curiosity, thinking he can't be harmed in a time before he was even born. He sees The Missing Children lined up against the wall, each wearing party hats.
Fazbear Frights: Step Closer
One year ago, Susie was lured away and murdered. Susie's tragic death broke her family apart, with her dad leaving, her mom, Patricia drugging herself and her sister, Samantha left in constant grief. However, Susie's spirit lingers throughout her house, with Samantha and her mother unable to see her, at night, Chica comes to the house every night at midnight to snatch Susie's soul away. Knowing that her time is limited, and that she only has two days left before all the leaves from a nearby tree outside her front yard fall, and she has to leave forever. Susie asks her sister to find Gretchen, a special doll that the two sisters used to fight over. Susie hidden it somewhere secret before her death. On the final night, and with Chica hunting her down, Samantha is able to find the doll, allowing Susie's soul to be set free, and appear before Samantha one last time. The two sisters say their final goodbyes and Samantha gains closure. Susie holds Chica's hand as they both depart to the afterlife.
Relation to the Main Series
While the books are decidedly in a different canon to the main series of games, there do seem to be some similarities.
Names
The names of a couple of the children match names seen on the gravestones in the Lore keeper ending of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, specifically Fritz and Susie. The name Cassidy, typically believed to be the obscured gravestone, was also discovered through solving the gauntlet of puzzles found in the Survival Logbook.
Susie and Her Dog
Susie mentioned that Spring Bonnie knew where her puppy was, and that he wasn't really dead. This mirrors the events seen in Fruity Maze where a girl matching Susie's book description is playing the aforementioned arcade game when she is lead off by William in the Spring Bonnie suit with the promise of showing her where her dog is.

Trivia
- In The Silver Eyes, Michael in control of Golden Freddy. However, there is a commonly held belief with strong evidence to support it saying that Golden Freddy in the main series games is a kid named Cassidy.
- Jeremy is the only the child from the canon series not to appear in the book series.
- Opposed to the Missing Children Incident where five kids die, strangely, there are six kids that Spring Bonnie killed before the events of the story. The sixth child although may represent Andrew, since it's stated that he's one of William Afton's many victims.
