The Helpful Automated Pipe Protection Server, also known as Happs for short, is a major antagonist in the second story of Tales from the Pizzaplex: Happs. He is a cleaner bot animatronic from Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, stationed in Freddy's Fortress.
Appearance[]
Happs is made from plastic, metal, rubber and foam. He is in the shape of a quadrangle, with tread wheels for mobility. His arms are purely gray aside from black and yellow security stripes painted in the bicep area. It's "hands" are covered in foam gloves. He has a gray circular head with a yellow siren on top. The animatronic itself is 2 and a half feet tall.
Happs ends up getting heavily damaged from a fall. Alongside a malfunctioning voice box, his gloves are gone, exposing deadly pinchers where the hands should be.
Functionality[]
Happs is stationed at Freddy's Fortress. He has two different beneficial purposes; to help kids when their lost in the tube maze and clean the tubes when no one is around. Happs was made to ease people's concerns about Freddy's Fortress and its safety. He is programmed with a calming voice to help the kids. He also has an in-built disinfectent dispenser. Happs also has some level of control over the tube maze's security protocols. He can use mirrored partitions to close himself off from areas where kids are located so that he can clean undisturbed.

Happs[]
For the most part, Happs functioned properly without any problems. He followed his programming and the various kids took a liking to him, particularly Aiden and Jace. After they scared some kids, Happs appeared from behind and asked if they were lost. The two say they are fine and Happs gives them a thumbs up. Aiden and Jace follow Happs for a little bit. Later, the two notice a closed off section of the maze. Happs sees them and tries to guide Aiden and Jace back to the main area, believing that they're "lost." Jace kicks Happs away, but a part of the pipe loosens and the three fall into the empty area.
Happs malfunctions from the fall. His voice box is destroyed and his hands have been removed, revealing his pinchers. Happs becomes bloodthirsty, wanting to kill Aiden and Jace. The two boys are able to outwit him by going up a ladder, but over time, Happs adapts and learns how to climb.
Eventually, Happs is able to catch up to Jace when he dives into Freddy Fortress' ball pit. He dives in and slices off both of Jace's feet with his pinchers. Aiden tries to pull Jace out, only for Happs to stab Jace in the shoulder. He gets one more slice before Jace dies in Aiden's arms.
Happs continue to chase Aiden afterwards. Aiden realizes that the Happs had been activating every security protocol, trapping him with the mirror partitions. Aiden accepts that sooner or later, Happs will catch up to him and kill him, just like Jace.
Cleithrophobia[]
Happs appears on a poster in the story, when some people see Freddy's Fortress as they tour the Pizzaplex. He is labeled as the mascot of the tube maze. The protagonist Grady also read his specs when he was being developed prior to the Pizzaplex opening.
